Body Work that reduces PMS

The practice of the Self Actualized Woman consists in a sequence of restorative, calming and cooling postures to naturally alleviate any tension during the Creative Phase .

— Sitting forward bends done restfully with the head supported
— Lie back over a support to open the chest and extend and/or spread the abdominal region
— Lie on a mat and relax the lower back thanks to the force of gravity by lifting up and supporting the coxis area

As you practice this postures, breathe deeply : EASE as you breathe in, RELEASE as you breathe out. Cramping and heaviness in the abdomen slowly disappear bringing positivity and mental alertness.
